Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective products such as tumblers water bottles are responsibility of the maker of the product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (custom orders or personalized items), Print on demand (items such as books and products from Printify or Bookvault) and commissioned work. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds on damaged products
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (typically a photo would be enough), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In the instance where third party producers such as Bookvault or Printify has sent a damaged product, we will do our best to help resolve the issue. Orders must be shipped by tracked methods which include insurance.

Exchanges or returns
If you’d like to exchange or return apparel, we’re happy to assist! However, please note that shipping costs and any applicable duties for exchanges or returns are the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend double-checking the sizing before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
