Any untracked  and snail mail (stamp) methods does not include insurance and will not be the responsiblilty of Holly Hatam Inc. should the package be lost or damaged. Please choose tracking to protect your package from lost or damaged delivery.

Tracking

The shipping options provided to you will have tracking included unless stated either say "No tracking" "Untracked" or "Snail Mail". Please note, that the shipping times may vary due to the ever changing landscape of economic world trade. Delivery time frame is no longer a guarantee. Note: USPS Media Mail does not include automatic insurance for loss or damage.

Insurance

Any tracked shipping method will include insurance to make sure you're protected from damaged or missing shipments. Please submit any photos of the damage so we can start the claim process with the shipping company. Any missing packages will be also have a claim process but may take longer due to the shipping companies' policies. As shipments may exchange hands across multiple companies, we will be informed of the status at various times. We will do our best to get information about your package, please understand we are limited to what third parties information that they release.

Duties & Tariffs

Please note that we are not responsible for duties unpaid. Tariffs are paid to your residing country and we do not benefit or receive any amount that are imposed. Please check with your country for the calculations. As we all are trying to navigate the ever changing trade wars, please check with the latest updates from your country. 

Shipping within North America.

We ship within Canada and the Contiguous U.S.

Note: Due to the ever-changing trade policies introduced during the Trump administration, shipments to the U.S. may experience delays beyond our control. Rest assured, we’re doing everything we can to ensure your order reaches you as smoothly and quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience, support, and understanding—we’re in this together! Temporary processing of Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) will be calculated after purchase to ensure you’re paying for only products that apply. All prints, greeting cards and stickers fall under CUSMA which is DUTY-FREE unless changes occur.

Shipping outside North America.

As our shop expands, shipping outside North America can be challenging. If you live outside of North America, no problem! If your country isn't available during checkout, go on live chat or email us on the contact page, let us know which county you're from and we'll add it to the list asap!
